This rate is for touch-ups only. Makeup artist/Hair Stylist stays with the Bride, always keeping the face fresh and the hair in place. This includes touch-ups on everyone that received makeup and hair services too. The hourly rate starts as soon as the Artist/Stylist is done with the hair and makeup.
